Job summary

Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis seeks an experienced SDET to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, backend services, and APIs. You will build and execute automated tests across functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end scopes.

Collaboration with engineers, analysts, and DevOps is required to embed testing into the software lifecycle, identify defects, and support root cause analysis while contributing to CI/CD and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Automation Test Engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience using Git and version control best practices.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and test automation best practices.
• Experience with SQL and database validation.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or payment systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web applications, backend services, and APIs, develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end tests, collaborate with software engineers, system analysts, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle, identify, analyze, document, and track software defects while supporting root cause analysis, integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and release efficiency, validate system functionality, performance, security, and reliability against business and technical requirements, and prepare automation test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.

About the Role
