Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

1. Guide clients in modeling their mission-critical business processes in our industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product.
2. Leverage deep analytical skills and good understanding of business processes, functionality, and context of our clients to ensure successful SaaS product integration.
3. Provide expertise in custom integration to fit the SaaS product into the larger IT ecosystem of clients.
4. Responsible for functionally solutionizing the integration of existing systems with the SaaS product, both upstream (B2C, B2B, and B2E frontend channels) and downstream (e.g., F&A, CRM, RM, DWH).
5. Serve a global client base, ranging from North America to a strong client base in Europe.
6. Contribute to expanding the company’s footprint in Asia, particularly Indonesia.
7. Deliver successful implementations with interactive workshops, consulting, and training clients onsite, both within Indonesia and beyond.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

1. Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or information analyst in IT.
3. Demonstrable experience in translating business objectives into IT needs.
4. Deep understanding of market and consumer trends in public transport.
5. Experience working in public transportation or rail industry is a major plus.
6. Ability to interpret complex problems and facilitate clients towards sustainable solutions.
7. Enjoy working with diverse responsibilities and collaborating in small teams on challenging assignments.
8. Excellent communicative and customer-oriented skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
9. Proficiency in additional languages is a benefit.
10. International mobility and willing to travel overseas.
11. International experience and ambition is a benefit.

Location: Flexible to be based in either Bandung or Jakarta.
