FOOM Lab Global is an Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product with the mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
- Lead and manage daily content planning, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc).
- Craft compelling copy in both English and Indonesian across various formats — including social media captions, website banners, and OOH materials.
- Develop monthly content calendars and strategic plans based on campaign and brand goals.
- Supervise and collaborate with creative teams (designers, video editors, copywriters) to ensure high-quality and engaging content.
- Create clear, visually engaging decks for campaign presentations and content proposals.
- Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and agencies (if any) for campaign rollout and asset delivery.
- Monitor trends, viral moments, and competitors to identify timely and relevant content opportunities.
- Analyze and optimize content performance using tools like Meta, TikTok, and Sprout; deliver insights based on platform metrics.
- Manage social media calendars, workflow systems, and asset timelines with strong attention to detail.
- Support integrated campaigns, including offline-to-online activations and product launches through strong social strategies.
- Skilled in basic video editing (e.g., CapCut) to adapt and repurpose content when needed.
- Coordinate with Influencer, PR, Product, and Brand teams to amplify campaigns across channels.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members or content interns.
Key Requirements:
- Min. 3–5 years of experience managing social media (preferably in or for FMCG, lifestyle, or youth-driven brands).
- Agency experience is a must; able to juggle multiple brands/projects in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats.
- Familiar with content marketing, storytelling, and consumer behavior in the digital age.
- Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Proficient in using analytics and publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc).
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and content instinct.
