Description
This role involves creating a monthly content plan and mood board for social media, primarily Instagram and TikTok. It includes developing social media campaign strategies to boost brand awareness, increase followers, and maintain high engagement. The position requires briefing the social media team on content direction, planning communication strategies for product launches, and reviewing the content produced by the team.

Job Requirement

1. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
3. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and produce creative content
5. Preferred experience in the beauty industry or in agency environments
6. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
