Join SEVIMA and help transform Indonesia’s education landscape through innovative tech solutions! As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll play a key role in supporting education institutions through Digital Marketing, impacting over 3.5 million active users.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead social media strategies tailored to client goals across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with designers, content creators, and internal teams to keep campaigns on track and aligned with brand objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of social media campaigns, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
  • Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior to refine strategy and maintain relevance
  • Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on social media projects, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • Passionate about revolutionize education in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Planner, or similar role—preferably within a creative or marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with design collaboration and project management tools (e.g. Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or Asana)

Nice to Have:

  • Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Express, or other design tools
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Exposure to influencer outreach or community engagement initiatives
