What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and own social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage content pillars and posting frameworks tailored to target audience behavior
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to iterate on content direction and campaign planning
  • Lead the creative briefing process with design, copy, and video teams to ensure content is brand-aligned and data-informed
  • Collaborate with performance and PR teams to ensure amplification and cross-channel cohesion
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to anticipate opportunities and threats
  • Drive growth of owned channels (reach, engagement, followers, and traffic to Rumah123)
  • Manage relationships with KOLs, creators, and agency partners for branded or co-branded activations
  • Develop strategies for community growth and engagement (comments, replies, DMs, WhatsApp)
  • Own quarterly content reviews, experimentation pipeline, and campaign retrospectives

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 3+ years experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Solid understanding of performance analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
  • Skilled in content ideation, storytelling, and audience segmentation
  • Able to lead cross-functional creative teams and production timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Bahasa & English)
  • Creative thinker with sharp attention to trends, format shifts, and cultural relevance
  • Preferably with experience in consumer tech or lifestyle industry
