We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist with 3–4 years of experience to grow our brand’s presence on Instagram & TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies tailored for Instagram and TikTok that align with brand positioning, audience behavior, and seasonal moments
- Build and manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timeliness across key categories
- Lead campaign planning for product launches, seasonal promos, and campaign collaborations
- Create briefs and collaborate closely with content creators, designers, video editors, and KOL teams to bring ideas to life
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using key metrics (engagement rate, reach, views, saves, shares)
- Stay ahead of trends, new formats, platform algorithm changes, and viral opportunities on TikTok and Instagram
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty industry
- Proven ability to craft high-performing content strategies for Instagram and TikTok
- Strong sense of content hooks, platform-native storytelling, copywriting, and visual aesthetics
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to content planning and testing
