Job summary

Cetta Online Class di Indonesia mencari Content Creator Media Sosial untuk menghasilkan konten harian akun 6AM, melakukan riset tren Jepang dan China, serta mengedit video menggunakan CapCut dan Canva dengan kualitas konsisten.

Anda akan membuat caption, hashtag, dan stories Instagram, menyusun kalender konten mingguan, serta meningkatkan reach lewat analisis kinerja konten. Posisi ini bersifat remote, penuh waktu, dan menantang untuk berkolaborasi dengan tim kreatif muda.

Qualifications

• Gelar Diploma/Bachelor’s degree dari bidang terkait; preferensi komunikasi/ pemasaran/ multimedia.
• Kreatif, teliti, dan mampu menyesuaikan konten untuk audiens China & Jepang.
• Pemahaman tren media sosial Jepang dan China (lokal & global).
• Terampil menggunakan CapCut, Canva, dan alat editing dasar.
• Kemampuan copywriting untuk caption, hashtag, dan storytelling singkat.
• Nyaman bekerja dengan target harian sambil menjaga kualitas konten.
• Proaktif, komunikatif, dan berpengalaman dalam riset & analisis performa.

Responsibilities

• Create and post daily content for the 6AM account based on the agreed amount
• Research daily trending topics in Japan and China, local and global
• Clip, repost, or re-edit trending content that fits our audience
• Edit content using CapCut and Canva with consistent quality
• Create regular Instagram Stories for each account, including Cetta promotions
• Write captions, hashtags, and light copywriting that match each account’s brand style
• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars and editorial briefs for review by the Social Media Specialist
• Make sure content is viral-ready before final check
• Apply feedback from the Social Media Specialist to future content
• Schedule posts and engage with our audience (comments, DMs, and relevant accounts)
• Track content performance (reach, impressions, engagement, growth) and update the report sheet regularly

• Edit content using CapCut and Canva with consistent quality

• Make sure content is viral-ready (clipping, pacing, audio, hook) before final check
• Apply feedback from the Social Media Specialist to future content
• Schedule posts and engage with our audience (comments, DMs, and relevant accounts)
• Track content performance (reach, impressions, engagement, growth) and update the report sheet regularly

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any major, preferably Communication, Marketing, or Multimedia).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt content for different audiences (China & Japan).
• Strong understanding of social media trends or news in Japan and China (local & global viral topics).
• Skilled in CapCut, Canva, and other basic editing tools.
• Basic copywriting skills (captions, hashtags, short storytelling).
• Comfortable working with daily targets while maintaining consistent quality.
• Proactive, communicative, and experienced in research & performance analysis.
