Job summary

Roman, the main ceramic brand in Indonesia, is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads, plan content, create and report results aligned with brand objectives.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design or related field, at least 2 years in social media, strong photography/videography, storytelling and copywriting, and English proficiency; building materials experience is a plus. Performance bonus included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media or related role.
• Experience in photography, videography, and basic editing.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads) including content planning, creation, execution, reporting.
• Develop engaging content through photography, videography, storytelling and copywriting aligned with brand objectives.
