  • Monitor and analyze content trends to develop creative and engaging content ideas for the Shopee Affiliate Instagram account.
  • Create high-quality and relevant content tailored for the Shopee Affiliate Instagram audience.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and inform future strategy.
  • Manage communication within the Shopee Affiliate Community, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
  • Gather community feedback to identify trends, resolve issues, and enhance affiliate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • 1 years of working experience in Social Media Specialist, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms especially Instagram.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools & analytic tools.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Have a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
