Job description

1. Collaborate with key accounts to manage and develop social media strategies tailored to our business objectives across various social platforms (META, X, TikTok).
2. Manage content calendar, create content (including graphics, videos, and copy) to share on social media channels, ensuring all content aligns with guidelines and local market trends.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize campaigns, focusing on relevant KPI metrics, and translate performance analysis into future content strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and timely communication of campaigns.
5. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
6. Manage day-to-day operations and the end-to-end process from ideation to content production.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Design Communication, Visual Arts, or related fields.
2. Strong skills in social trend spotting, content creation, and storytelling.
3. Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
4. Experience in managing and growing social media accounts with insights into KOL orchestration.
5. Readiness to take on new challenges with strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
