Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key accounts to develop social media strategies aligned with our business objectives across various platforms (META, X, TikTok).
- Manage content calendar and create content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media channels, ensuring alignment with guidelines and local market trends.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, focusing on relevant KPI metrics, and translate performance insights into future content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and timely campaign communication.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
- Manage daily operations and oversee the end-to-end process from ideation to content production.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy; a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Visual Communication Design, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong skills in social trend spotting, content creation, and storytelling.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Experience in managing and growing social media accounts with insights into KOL orchestration.
- Ability to take on new challenges with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
