Job description

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies to engage and grow our online community across platforms such as IG, FB, TikTok, and our website.

Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and oversee the execution of social media campaigns.

Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand voice and visual identity.

Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and active community by encouraging user-generated content and participation.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new features and platforms to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.

Develop and implement crisis management plans to handle any negative publicity or social media crises. Respond quickly and effectively to any issues that arise, maintaining the client's reputation.
