We are seeking a technically skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results. This role requires a strong technical background to manage the end-to-end process of ad campaigns, from setup to execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms
- Create and produce original, engaging content for all social media platforms
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to increase engagement and following
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for events or partnership opportunities that benefit social media coverage
- Manage UGC campaigns for online and offline channels
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
- Track social media KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Analyze competitor social media accounts and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional experience in social media management and content creation
- Proven portfolio of created social media content across various platforms
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram & TikTok
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms
- Experience with photography and basic photo editing
- Knowledge of current content trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative and strategic thinker with analytical abilities
Preferred Experience:
