What You Will Do

  1. Own Our Social Media Strategy
    Plan, schedule, and manage content across social platforms — especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok — aligned with campaign goals and customer journey stages.
  2. Create Engaging, On-Brand Content
    Design and write scroll-stopping posts, stories, and reels that reflect The Hyouman’s voice, values, and mission.
  3. Analyze & Optimize Performance
    Track metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously refine content based on analytics and insights.
  4. Work with the Customer Journey Lead to ensure content supports each stage of the journey. Partner with the Designer for high-impact visuals.
  5. Bring Creative Ideas to Life
    From UGC and testimonials to carousels and behind-the-scenes stories, bring bold and creative content ideas into reality.
  6. Grow Our Online Presence
    Spot social trends, test new formats, and boost our visibility with creative flair and audience insight.
  7. Support Events & Launches
    Build excitement and drive engagement for webinars, product launches, and company events.

Requirements

  1. 1–2 years experience in social media management, digital content, or online marketing
  2. Strong storytelling skills — both visual and written
  3. Able to work in Hybrid setting (based in Surabaya)
  4. Proficient in tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Asana)
  5. Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Midjourney, etc.) to boost productivity and creativity
  6. Comfortable with IG Reels, LinkedIn posts, TikTok trends, and short-form storytelling
  7. Understanding of analytics and data-driven content planning
  8. Highly collaborative, creative, organized, and love to learn new things and stay up to date with social media trends
  9. Bonus: Passion for education, creativity, and strength-based learning
