The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, be creative in content creation, and be able to analyze engagement metrics effectively. Familiarity with tools like Meta Insight and Canva is preferred. This role entails planning content strategies and collaborating with teams to enhance digital campaigns.
Plan and execute social media content strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and others).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content (images, videos, and captions).
Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future strategies.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to support digital campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand tone and identity across all platforms.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and potential collaboration opportunities.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing (fresh graduates with portfolios are encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and current digital trends.
Creative, able to write engaging content, and stay updated with online trends.
Capable of analyzing content performance using tools such as Meta Insight, TikTok Analytics, or Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Experience in creating short-form video content or managing digital campaigns.
Familiarity with paid social media advertising strategies.
