Job description

Proficient in Instagram features such as insights, reels, stories, schedulers, and hashtag research.

Solid understanding of content funnels from awareness to conversion.

Creative, trend-aware, and capable of working independently in a remote setting with weekly targets.

Willing to work remotely with availability for occasional office visits if required (especially for candidates based in Yogyakarta).

Responsibility :

Research content ideas and develop a weekly editorial plan based on trends, audience insights, and performance data.

Write compelling copy for carousels, reels, captions, and stories aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.

Provide briefs to the design team and perform quality checks on final visuals before publication.

Schedule and publish content consistently, optimizing for timing, format, and hashtags.

Manage engagement through comments, DMs, story reposts, and interactions with relevant accounts.

Perform light social listening for content relevance and weekly content performance analysis to identify high-performing posts.

Experiment with new content formats regularly to drive organic growth.

Prepare weekly performance reports and maintain a library of evergreen and high-performing content.

Collaborate with the product or ads team when needed for specific campaigns.
