Currently, Black Owl has 4 outlets at PIK, Kelapa Gading, Gading Serpong, & Surabaya and will open at Medan & SCBD.

Job Descriptions:

1. Strategically develop a social media campaign and content plan that aligns and stays consistent with the brand's identity.
2. Create and execute a social media campaign to promote the brand.
3. Monitor social media trends and industry best practices, adapting content strategies to remain current and effective.
4. Manage daily social media activity and content calendar.
5. Produce engaging social media content, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
6. Utilize analytical tools to analyze social media campaigns, content, and KOL to gather insights and action plans.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience in digital.
2. Highly skilled in online/social media communication, knowledgeable in social media algorithms.
3. Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn; agile and able to adapt quickly.
4. Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
5. Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly, and a strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
6. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and the ability to create tailored content for each.
