To achieve this mission, we need the role of a Social Media Specialist!

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze social media strategies to enhance engagement and follower growth.
2. Coordinate with clients regarding social media strategies.
3. Curate content (videos, visuals, and text) and provide improvement recommendations based on analyzed data.
4. Create social media reports and interpret data insights.
5. Develop strategic content plans to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Communicative and detail-oriented.
• Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiar with social media analytics tools and capable of interpreting data to create performance reports.
• Ability to develop data-driven content strategies based on social media insights and audience behavior.
• Understanding of content creation techniques such as design, editing, content capturing, and more.
• Passion for driving business impact, creativity, and eagerness to learn new things (especially about various client industries).

General Requirements:

• Reside in Bandung or willing to work from the office (Work from Office).
• Must provide an updated portfolio that is relevant to this role.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable working with deadlines.
