Perfetti Van Melle is a privately-owned company, producing and distributing candies and chewing gums in more than 150 countries worldwide. The business is now looking for a strong Social Media Specialist. The work location is in Graha Pratama Building - Jakarta Office.

What You Will Do

• Manage and grow our TikTok account
• Manage daily content, creating, scheduling and posting across platforms that align with our brand identity
• Brainstorm and create content ideas for campaigns and events with marketing
• Editing contents with basic design/video tools like Canva or CapCut
• Coordinate with the marketing, RA, and legal teams for campaign planning and execution
• Monitor social media trends and apply them to our communication strategy
• Respond to messages and engage actively with our online community

Requirements

• S1 preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Media
• Experience managing social media accounts and content creation (design & video editing)
• Ready & confident to be Talent for content
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Creative, energetic, and good at communicating
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
