Are you a passionate social media enthusiast with a knack for creating engaging content and driving online conversations? We're seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join the dynamic digital marketing team at PT TRI DRUGA DIGITAL. In this full-time position based in East Jakarta, Jakarta, you'll be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies to help our clients reach their marketing goals.

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage and grow the social media presence of our clients across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
2. Create captivating, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences and drives meaningful engagement.
3. Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing data-driven insights to inform content and strategy optimisation.
4. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach to digital campaigns.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our clients' online presence.
6. Liaise with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
7. Assist in the development and execution of social media influencer marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role.
2. Strong understanding of the social media landscape, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Excellent written and visual content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
4. Skillfully edit and enhance both photo and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
5. Comfortable and confident working in front of a camera.
6. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations.
