About the role

As a Social Media Specialist at Am Badar & Am Badar', you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to promote the company's products and services. This full-time position is based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta and will involve creating content, managing social media platforms, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth and brand awareness.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute compelling social media content calendars across multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn

Create engaging, on-brand social media posts, videos, and other visual assets

Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

Measure and analyse social media performance using relevant metrics and tools

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies

Monitor and manage Company's Website

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong copywriting and creative skills with an eye for visual design

Proficient in using social media management tools such as CANVA/Photoshop/Figma

Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience in related industry (B2B, Technology, and Start Up) will be plus
