Job description

Provide communication content and creative design that meet department objectives.

Create creative designs according to expected outcomes.

Proficient in arts elements, principles of design, working with type, image manipulation, illustration, layout, photography, and interaction design.

Responsible for publishing the People Spotlight and other internal readings.

Promote employee events and programs in Human Capital & Legal through creative design implementation.

Provide creative designs for various media and promotional tools.

Monitor and proofread to ensure accurate, high-quality work.

Ensure effective documentation for creative design coordination and review with related areas to produce print and audiovisual materials.

General Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Visual Communication Design).

At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat.
