Job Description
- Develop and manage social media campaigns that highlight IT solutions, case studies, client success stories, and product launches.
- Create and publish engaging B2B content (posts, infographics, short videos, thought leadership snippets) across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize paid and organic social campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness in the IT industry.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to communicate technical value propositions in a simple, impactful way.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering trust with prospects and clients.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, impressions, lead generation, conversion) and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Support promotional efforts for IT webinars, client workshops, and product demos through tailored campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or IT/technology industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other B2B-focused advertising platforms
- Experience creating technical yet accessible content for professional audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital analytics, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex IT solutions into engaging content.
