Develop a creative and effective social media strategy to increase engagement, reach, and followers.
Create content plans and manage all social media content consistently and on schedule.
Take and edit content (photos & videos) aligned with the brand identity and campaign needs.
Handle product launch content (pre-teasing, teasing, launching, post-launch).
Collaborate with the creative team to optimize content for each campaign.
Support the e-commerce team in promotional activities through soft selling and hard selling strategies.
Monitor daily performance and apply insights to adjust ongoing strategies and content.
Analyze and report social media performance using analytical tools.
Deliver monthly KPI reports and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with social media trends and continuously apply best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts and creating content.
Comfortable with capturing content in the field (behind the scenes, campaign shoots, events, etc.).
Mastery of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
Creative, fast learner, communicative, and a strong team player.
Excellent task management and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar.
Strong understanding of soft selling and hard selling strategies on social media.
Up-to-date with social media trends and online market dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about social media and creating engaging content.
