About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Operations Specialist to join the dynamic marketing team at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia for our TECNO Indonesia brand. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness within the Indonesian market. You will play a crucial part in building our online community and ensuring our brand message resonates with our target audience through strategic social media operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media operations across all company platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with TECNO Indonesia's brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote new products, services, and promotions
• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices
• Support the creation of visual content including graphics, videos, and infographics for social media posts
• Engage with followers and build community through interactive content and discussions
• Identify opportunities for growth and recommend new strategies to increase social media effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Assistant, or similar role in a marketing environment
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Creative ability to develop engaging content and campaign ideas
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
• Experience with content scheduling tools and basic graphic design software is advantageous
• Understanding of social media advertising and paid promotion strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and respond to feedback constructively
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
• Familiarity with the technology or mobile industry is preferred
