We are a medical device distributor specializing in high-quality products for the plastic surgery industry. We're looking for a resourceful and tech-savvy Social Media Operations Specialist to manage a network of Facebook assets that promote our aesthetic product lines, including breast implants.

This role blends social media strategy, Facebook asset operations, and basic paid media execution. You’ll create and grow beauty-focused Facebook pages, maintain posting frequency, run basic post boosts/ads, and manage up to 10 profiles using sandboxing tools like Azure or TeamViewer.

Key Responsibilities:

Source or purchase Facebook accounts, ad accounts, and business managers via approved vendors or personal network

Create, grow, and manage multiple beauty- or aesthetics-focused Facebook pages

Post relevant content (6+ posts/day per page), including beauty tips, aesthetic content, and breast implant education

Schedule, automate, and manage posting through tools or manual workflows

Run post boosts and simple ad campaigns using different ad accounts and business managers

Use sandboxing/IP masking solutions (Azure, TeamViewer, proxies) to operate 3–10 Facebook profiles simultaneously

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (campaigns, ad sets, audience targeting)

Proficient in virtual environments: TeamViewer, Azure, VPNs, sandboxing for account protection

Highly organized, tech-literate, and capable of managing multiple social media personas without overlap

Interest in beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetics content is a plus

Results-driven, discreet, and adaptable under changing platform conditions
