We are seeking a self-motivated Social Media Operation Specialist with hands-on experience managing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in editing both short- and long-form video content. A strong understanding of user behavior, visual aesthetics, and content strategy is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for the quality of graphics, written content, and video materials.
Develop visually compelling designs for promotional use across digital and print channels, including social media, websites, and offline marketing materials.
Create engaging visual content for various digital platforms, including static graphics, infographics, and video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging media channels.
Effectively manage social media accounts with a focus on content creation, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Edit images and videos proficiently using industry-standard software such as CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
A background or strong skills in graphic design will be a significant advantage.
Possess basic photography and videography skills; experience in content production is an advantage.
Interact with online audiences to foster community engagement and enhance brand presence.
Fluent English speaking and listening skills is a MUST; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Minimum education of D3/equivalent in Business Management, Communication Science, Public Relations, or related fields.
Strong interest in social media and the digital world.
Proficient in various social media applications (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
Up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative and accustomed to working in a team.
