Job description

1. Operate and manage multiple accounts based on campaign briefs.
2. Create end-to-end content (ideation, copywriting, basic editing, posting).
3. Schedule and post daily content across various accounts.
4. Drive engagement through likes, comments, shares, and interactions.
5. Amplify campaign messages via comments, replies, and DMs.
6. Report account performance and weekly insights.
7. Coordinate closely with the content and marketing teams.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
2. Having 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X).
4. Familiar with content trends, meme culture, and current trend internet behavior.
5. Capable of operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
6. Good copywriting skills, especially for short-form content (caption, comment, reply).
7. Basic visual editing (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.) is a plus.
8. Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
9. Attention to detail and consistency in execution.
