Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Communication Studies, Marketing, or Management (other majors will be considered) with 1–3 years of experience in a related field.

This role is based at the Gratyo Headquarter – North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand positioning, marketing funnel, and audience behavior.
2. Design brand communication across multiple channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and event promotions).
3. Analyze trends and content performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) to create a data-driven content plan.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to create content with strong storytelling, visually engaging elements, and viral potential on relevant platforms.
5. Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
6. Plan and execute digital campaigns (both paid and organic) to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and generate quality leads.
