We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketer with a passion for social media, to join our growing in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the social media strategy at BaliSwim across content, graphics, community, special projects, and collaborations.

The Social Media Marketer will own the day-to-day content calendar and collaborate with our marketing team to create captivating digital content for our social channels and paid platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing department in developing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign execution and brand growth.
  • Conduct market research on social media trends, emerging platforms, and consumer preferences.
  • Create, manage, and maintain the social media content plan, including scheduling posts.
  • Collaborate with related departments to develop consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce photo & video content for social media.
  • Provide creative direction and styling for photo & videography.
  • Brainstorm and storyboard content ideas.
  • Analyze current social media strategies to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
  • Engage with customers and audiences via social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and interest in all social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive thinking and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to build strong cross-team relationships.
  • Strong visual and styling skills with an eye for aesthetics, color, lighting, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of design software.
  • Understanding of content creation across digital marketing, including organic and paid social media.
  • Excellent video and photo editing skills.
  • Awareness of emerging fashion trends and social communities.
  • Knowledge of best practices across social media platforms.
  • Strong initiative, collaboration, and independence.
  • Experience creating Instagram Reels.
