About the role
PT Diamulia Internusa' is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to strengthen the brand presence and engage with our target audience in the South Tangerang Banten area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok
• Create engaging, on-brand content and copy to drive social media engagement
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance the company's digital presence
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features and best practices
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
• Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Familiarity with the South Tangerang Banten market and understanding of the local audience
• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Capable of content creating using Canva, AI tools, etc.
