WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Content: Produce IG posts/Stories/Reels & TikTok; write on-brand captions for urban professionals, socially active audiences, and style-conscious Millennial/Gen Z; collaborate with creators/designers.
• Strategy & Calendar: Own the cross-brand content calendar; balance product, UGC, lifestyle, and campaigns; tap trends; align with seasonal drops, collabs, and events.
• Community & KOL: Monitor daily; reply to comments/DMs; identify/manage influencers & micro-influencers; surface community insights.
• Publishing & Analytics: Schedule posts; track reach, engagement, CTR, conversion; deliver monthly reports with clear actions.
• Campaigns: Develop integrated campaigns (social, influencers, content, experiential); brief and co-create assets with creative teams.
• Cross-Functional: Sync with product, design, and ops; feed market/consumer input into product roadmaps.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years managing social & digital strategy; Bachelor’s preferred.
