As our presence grows, we’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help amplify our brand story, connect with future clients, and build a strong digital presence — especially on Instagram and Tiktok.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice and vision of DioStudio online. You will manage and develop our content strategy, create engaging visual and written content, grow our audience, and turn followers into future clients.

Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Stay up to date with trends in architecture, design, and social media to ensure our brand remains relevant and fresh.

Analyze content performance and adjust strategy using insights (reach, engagement, conversion).

Content Creation & Curation

Collaborate with our design team to create visually compelling reels, stories, carousels, and posts.

Write impactful captions that reflect our voice: timeless, warm, insightful.

Curate project teasers, behind-the-scenes, before-after, client testimonials, and educational content.

Community Engagement

Interact with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and maintain strong engagement.

Identify and engage with relevant influencers, partners, and accounts to build relationships.

Ensure all content aligns with DioStudio's brand identity and design aesthetics.

Collaborate with the principal architect and marketing team on campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in design, creative, or lifestyle industry).

Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling — architecture experience is a plus.

Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other editing tools.

Ability to shoot and edit short videos (for reels, BTS, timelapse, etc.).

Excellent writing and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).

Self-driven, organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines.

Background in architecture, interior design, or creative media.

Experience managing paid ads (Meta/Instagram).

Understanding of SEO, hashtags, algorithm trends.
