About City Explorer:

City Explorer is a London, United Kingdom-based IRL livestreaming platform where creators share real-time content from cities, nature, culture, and commerce. Through our Academy, we provide structured training for new livestreamers to ensure professional-quality content and platform readiness.

We are now hiring an experienced Social Media Manager for our West Jakarta office in Indonesia to lead our social media and digital content operations. The role involves strategic content planning, performance-driven advertising execution, video editing, and active oversight of our in-house design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cross-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)

Produce and edit video content for social media and advertising purposes

Supervise in-house graphic designers, ensuring consistent creative direction and adherence to brand guidelines

Assign tasks, set deadlines, and conduct regular quality reviews of all visual content

Lead creative meetings, facilitate idea development, and provide constructive feedback

Maintain alignment between content output and strategic marketing objectives

Monitor analytics to assess content performance and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media management

Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent)

Experienced with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Familiar with ad platform management: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads

Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams or managing visual content workflows

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment

Compensation:

On-site, full-time role (40 hours/week)
