Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Build and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and community moments.
Identify platform-specific growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
Content & Execution
Collaborate with the in-house creative team (videographers, editors, photographers) to produce high-quality, visually compelling content.
Write captions, oversee copywriting, and ensure tone of voice aligns with bobil.id’s brand identity.
Curate and manage UGC, reels, shorts, and behind-the-scenes content from rolling shoots, car reviews, and automotive events.
Community & Engagement
Engage actively with the community: respond to comments/DMs, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships with our audience.
Partner with influencers, automotive creators, and car communities to amplify reach and brand awareness.
Organize and support community-driven initiatives and collaborations.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor performance metrics and growth trends using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, watch time, and reach.
Continuously test and optimize content formats, posting times, and creative hooks based on insights.
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in the lifestyle, luxury, or automotive space.
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Able to ideate content concepts independently with high creative ownership.
Comfortable working with creators, creative teams, and fast-moving timelines.
Excellent command of English (writing + speaking) is a must; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a bonus.
Data-driven mindset: able to analyze insights and pivot strategy accordingly.
Passionate about cars, storytelling, and building a modern digital brand.
Existing network with automotive influencers or content creators.
Basic photo or video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.).
Experience managing paid campaigns and boosting content.
Ability to stay on top of automotive culture and digital trends.
