Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, captions).
  • Maintain a consistent voice and brand identity across platforms.
  • Community Management
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with the online community.
    • Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing feedback or concerns proactively.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
    • Use analytics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor budgets, targeting, and A/B testing for ads to ensure effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
    • Experiment with innovative ideas and strategies to enhance audience engagement.
  • Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for partnership opportunities.
Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree with more than 5 years experiences
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in popular social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Graphic design and video editing experience is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques is a bonus.
