Job Requirements

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content based on current trends.
• Track and optimize key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and followers.
• Manage campaign calendars and social activations to ensure consistent output.
• Collaborate on KOL/influencer partnerships from briefing to execution.
• Stay updated with trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.

Job Qualifications

• Passionate about social media with hands-on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and X organically.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads; experience in creating content for paid campaigns is a plus.
• Up-to-date with social trends, meme culture, and viral formats.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—structured, clear, and creative.
• Confident, outgoing personality—comfortable on camera and sharing ideas.
• Bonus: Ability to edit content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe; team leadership experience is a plus.
