Job Description
- Develop social media strategy for the brand/product/services that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
- Must be fluent with TikTok content management and has produced TikTok contents for brands.
- Develop social media principle guidelines (tone and manner, color, etc).
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Coordinate social media campaign execution with different relevant stakeholders which include but not limited to content creation, influencer engagement, community engagement, workflow, reporting and analytics.
- Define, monitor, and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation and implement continuous improvement to Social Media activity.
- Work closely with product team to ensure new product development will always come into consideration for Community and Social marketing activity.
- Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and product related landscape to identify content, channels and engagement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in handling social media (both from agency side or company side).
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Is able to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Have knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design is an advantage.
- Have excellent communication skills.
