Job Description

  • Develop social media strategy for the brand/product/services that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
  • Must be fluent with TikTok content management and has produced TikTok contents for brands.
  • Develop social media principle guidelines (tone and manner, color, etc).
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Coordinate social media campaign execution with different relevant stakeholders which include but not limited to content creation, influencer engagement, community engagement, workflow, reporting and analytics.
  • Define, monitor, and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation and implement continuous improvement to Social Media activity.
  • Work closely with product team to ensure new product development will always come into consideration for Community and Social marketing activity.
  • Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and product related landscape to identify content, channels and engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Min. 3 years of experience in handling social media (both from agency side or company side).
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Hands on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Is able to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Have knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design is an advantage.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have analytical and multitasking skills.
