Job summary

Evermos in Indonesia is seeking a Social Media Performance Specialist to execute and optimize the brand's organic social presence. You will focus on content planning, publishing, community growth, and performance monitoring to support marketing objectives.

Working independently within guidelines, you translate strategy into high-quality social media execution, delivering data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness and channel performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn.
• Experience preparing content calendars, briefs, and performance reports.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Able to analyze engagement metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia writing; English proficiency is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive with multi-priority management.
• Nice to have SEO understanding for collaboration with SEO team

Responsibilities

• Execute content calendars across assigned social media platforms with timely publishing.
• Develop weekly and monthly content plans based on objectives and audience insights.
• Prepare clear content briefs for Creative teams to meet campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Edit simple visual/video content using Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Monitor day-to-day performance and recommend optimization based on engagement, reach, growth, and content performance.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present insights and trends to Marketing.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats for experimentation.
• Coordinate with Creative, SEO, and Marketing teams to align content with campaigns.
• Ensure content quality, publishing accuracy, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Contribute ideas to improve social media workflows, reporting quality, and content effectiveness.
