Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related field of study
2+ years experience in social media management or online community management
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social media best practices
Strong analytical and planning skills; including a deep understanding of social media analytics and listening tools
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space
Effective relationship management skills with an eye for detail
Flexible and independent, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
Expert in social media skills: creating engaging content to increase social media engagement, responding to social media assets in a timely manner, tone, and manner, etc.
