Social Media Executive (Pekanbaru)

About The Role

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various channels and platforms.
• Manage end-to-end SawitPro social media activities, including content planning, copywriting, and community management.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for social channels to attract and engage target audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, marketing, and other key stakeholders to produce creative content.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; provide regular reports highlighting key insights, achievements, and recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media or content marketing.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth through creative and engaging content strategies.
• Strong communication skills to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
