Lion Brewery Co are looking for an excellent and creative Social Media Executive to join their team.
The candidate will excel at creating engaging social media content across a variety of platforms in English, and manage the scheduling of all social media posts. This person will use their expertise to maintain consistency of brand voice and look and feel, manage ads and track ROI effectively, work collaboratively with the internal marketing team as well as external partner brands and customers, and respond to all inbound social media enquiries quickly and with great customer service.
Current Job Scope – Marketing & Social Media (Lion Brewery Co)
1. Social Media Management
• Manage and oversee three active social media accounts for Lion Brewery Co.
• Developing and executing monthly 2 editorial plans for feed and stories, aligned with brand tone and seasonal initiatives.
• Publishing content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with regular scheduling (3x feed posts/week; daily IG Stories).
• Managing all incoming DMs, comments, and enquiries in a responsive, brand-aligned manner.
• Accepting collaboration tags, managing UGC mentions, and redistributing relevant brand mentions.
• Responding to customer reviews via Google Business (especially for Taproom SG).
2. Paid Media and Reporting
• Boosting selected content with ad spend via Meta Ads Manager.
• Preparing monthly social media performance reports.
• Creating ROI breakdown reports using Excel to track efficiency and ad returns.
• Archiving content and editorial materials in Notion and Google Drive.
3. Influencer/KOL Coordination
• Curating and managing relationships with monthly KOL partners for both Lion Brewery Co Taproom SG and Lion Brewery Co
• Preparing deliverable briefs: 12 IG Stories per month (3 per week) and 1 Reel/month per KOL.
• Managing budget allocation and final payment based on deliverables at end of each month.
4. Event Participation & Representation
• Identifying relevant brand-aligned events (beer festivals, music/culture events, F&B pop-ups).
• Attending events to represent the brand, engage with the public, and capture content.
• Coordinating booth presence and ensuring brand visibility.
• Leading on-site content creation: live coverage, short-form videos, and post-event recaps.
5. Creative Direction & Content Briefing
• Collaborating with in-house designers and photographers to brief and guide visual direction for social and marketing campaigns.
•Maintaining content consistency across all accounts in tone, aesthetic, and messaging.
