What You’ll Do

• Manage and execute social media strategies defined by the Social Marketing Manager.
• Create and share daily content (text, images, videos) that resonates with client audiences.
• Develop brand guidelines and optimize posting schedules.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, production team and clients to produce engaging content and manage online reputation.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and community management.
• Provide performance reports during and after campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of agency experience (overseas experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and social media trends.
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Open mind who loves different culture with endless possibilities to explore more and you love fashion, lifestyle and accessories is in your priority list.
• You are curious, efficient and have a sense of initiative and teamwork
• A passion for fashion, lifestyle, and exploring diverse cultures.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with impeccable writing skills.
