Job Description

Retail Channel Content Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy specifically for Dekoruma's retail channels, focusing on awarenessn driving traffic and sales through selected social media Channel ( tiktok ) .

- Create engaging content that showcases Dekoruma's retail offerings, promotions, and store experiences.

- Develop creative ways to connect online social media activity with offline store visits.

Retail-Focused Campaigns & Promotions:

- Work with the Marketing and brand team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions that drive sales and foot traffic to Dekoruma stores.

- Coordinate with the Marketing team on in-store events and promotions, and amplify them on social media.

Community Engagement (Retail Focus):

- Build and engage with the Dekoruma community on social media, focusing on customers who are interested in or have visited Dekoruma stores.

- Respond to inquiries, address customer service issues related to retail, and foster positive interactions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting (Retail Focus):

- Track and analyze the performance of social media activities related to retail, focusing on metrics such as followers count, engagement rate, website traffic, store visits (if trackable), and sales conversions.

- Provide regular reports to social media lead and the Commercial team on the effectiveness of retail-focused social media efforts.

Initiative & Experimentation:

- Leverage his natural enthusiasm and initiative to experiment with new content formats, campaigns, and engagement tactics for the retail channels.

- Bring fresh ideas to the team and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations/related field is generally required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role is often preferred.
  • Experience in creating engaging content for social media ( especially Tiktok ).
  • Skilled in managing online communities and engaging with followers.

Skills :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and interacting with audiences.
  • Ability to analyze social media data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media advertising.
  • Knowledge and ability in photo and video editing tools, understands and analytical ability in social media listening tools
  • Good copywriting skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong organizational and time management skills.
