Une entreprise dynamique recherche un spécialiste en médias sociaux pour créer et gérer des campagnes stratégiques sur plusieurs plateformes. Vous serez responsable de la création de contenu visuel, de l'analyse des performances et de l'engagement avec notre audience. Ce poste exige une formation en communication visuelle et une expérience substantielle dans les médias sociaux, avec une connaissance forte des tendances actuelles en design.
Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative and strategic social media campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Design graphic and motion-based content to support marketing and branding initiatives, as well as specific product/program needs.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing campaigns.
- Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and creative design trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably in visual communication, design, or related fields).
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and design work.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
- Skilled in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.
- Up-to-date and skillful in current design and branding trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong creativity and a proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Motion Graphic skills and experience with similar creative tools are considered a significant advantage.
