Job Summary

TradingPRO Indonesia is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team in Bandung. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across all major platforms. This is an exciting on-site role for someone passionate about digital marketing, finance content, and community building.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll help shape the voice of one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing forex trading brands. If you live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram—and have a creative flair for the trading world—this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily posts on Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the content team to generate ideas for trading-related content, market updates, memes, and promotions.
  • Write compelling captions and manage brand tone in Bahasa Indonesia across all channels.
  • Engage with the online community by replying to comments and messages.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly social media reports.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and influencers for content rollout.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media channels, preferably in finance, fintech, or lifestyle brands.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a bonus.
  • Familiar with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Bonus: Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Figma) or video editing apps (CapCut).
  • Knowledge of forex trading, crypto, or financial markets is highly desirable.
