We are seeking a talented Social media & content specialist - TikTok & Instagram to join our dynamic team at CV. Anugerah Jaya Abadi' in Jakarta. This full-time position will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging social media content to drive brand growth and audience engagement across our TikTok and Instagram channels.

What you'll be doing

1. Create and curate compelling, on-brand content for our TikTok and Instagram platforms
2. Develop and implement a cohesive social media content strategy to increase brand awareness and follower growth
3. Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance, identifying opportunities for optimization
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our channels innovative and impactful
5. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with the overall brand and marketing strategy
6. Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand community

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a social media specialist, with a strong track record of driving results on platforms like TikTok and Instagram
2. Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to develop highly engaging, visually-appealing posts and captivating copywriting
3. In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms and best practices
4. Strong analytical skills to track and report on social media performance
5. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
6. Proactive, creative and adaptable mindset to stay ahead of the curve
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
8. Willing to work from office in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
