About the Role

As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you’ll oversee the digital storytelling and branding for our three engineering companies. This dynamic role blends creativity with technical know-how, requiring you to craft engaging social media content, write insightful articles, produce technical datasheets, and edit attention-grabbing videos that highlight our projects and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write and edit articles, technical datasheets, and blog posts that explain complex engineering concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
2. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to gather insights, resources, and data for content creation.
3. Stay updated on engineering trends, social media tools, and digital marketing best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
4. Design attention-seeking campaigns to promote our services, projects, and technical resources.
5. Develop and manage content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) across our three brands to boost engagement and brand awareness.
6. Create compelling visual content, including photos, short videos, Reels, and motion graphics, using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
7. Maintain a content calendar, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on analytics.

Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft technical datasheets, articles, and engaging copy in English.
2. 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or video editing, ideally with exposure to technical or engineering industries.
3. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
4. Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media, video editing, or technical content creation is mandatory.
5. Creative mindset with a knack for translating complex ideas into visually appealing and digestible content.
6. Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads).
7. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work with technical teams.
8. Bonus: Experience in the engineering sector, graphic design, or working with multilingual content.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Engineering, or a related field.
