Job description

Are you a talented creative, passionate in creating impactful & compelling social media contents? We are looking for a talented individual to join the 70° Fahrenheit Koffie team as Social Media Content Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create engaging, informative, and performing social media contents that aligns with our brand guideline alongside our Digital Marketing Team.
  • Write compelling captions, incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Schedule and publish content according to the social media content calendar, and manage daily social media activities across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keeping up with social media trends and content from various sources to maintain a consistent flow of fresh and relevant contents.
  • Conduct research on current social media trends, popular hashtags, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data, insights and provide monthly report on content performance and audience engagement.
  • Stay informed about updates to social media algorithms and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing communications, or online marketing. Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • A portfolio showcasing creativity and relevant work is required.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging content.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills.
  • Experience in using social media scheduling and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.

This position will require Work From Office from our office in Jimbaran, Bali.
